• 1.   What are eco-friendly products?
  Eco-friendly products are end products that minimize the impact to our environment. They may be new products derived from a source that is organic and/or sustainable. They could be reused, recycled or repurposed items.

  It is social consciousness. It builds consumer demand to the corporations, and forces change. One could call it, ‘bottom up change’.

  Less chemicals are used in eco-friendly products. Moreover, naturally anything that is healthier for the environment is healthier for its inhabitants. We need the planet for our sustenance.
• 7.   I am not buying into this green propaganda, are there any other benefits to buying eco-friendly or green products?
  At Eco Fabulous Canada, we believe that each person must determine for themselves, the truism of the Green Movement. We are not fanatics; rather, a company that believes in the impact that personal choices can have on our environment. We encourage you to try our products and experience the quality difference.

  We are proudly 100% Canada.
• 9.   Do you deliver everywhere in Canada?
  We deliver to Canada Post civic address. We do not deliver to mailboxes at this time.
• 10.   I want to buy green products but do not see what I am looking for here. What can I do?
  We want to hear from you. Please send us an email at cs@efabulous.ca and we will advise if we are in the process of sourcing that product, or if possible, provide you with information on where you can find it
• 11.   How long will it take for me to receive my products?
  Depending upon the product, please expect between 5-7 business ays.
• 12.   Can I place an order and ship it elsewhere as a gift?
  Absolutely. The delivery address must be a Canadian address as we do not currently deliver to non-Canadian addresses.
• 13.   Where can I find out more about the environment
  While you are able to find quite a bit on the internet through your search engine, we encourage you to read a few books to get varying views on the topic
• 14.   What if I am not satisfied with the product(s) I ordered?
  We sell high quality eco-friendly products. However, if you are not satisfied, we have a 30-day hassle free return policy
• 15.   How much is shipping?
  Shipping is free with purchases over $100 CAD before taxes. Totals less than $100 will be charged $9.95 for the first item, and $2.95 for each additional
• 16.   Where can I find comparative information about chemicals found in regular products versus eco-friendly products?
  The labels on products you purchase may be a good starting point. You can then research each chemical via the internet or other sources to determine possible environmental or human effects
• 17.   Do you ship to the United States?
  We do not deliver to the United States at this time. However, our American customers purchase gifts for family and friends who are Canadian residents.
• 18.   18. I am looking for more male clothing, where can I find them?
  Our male customers are demanding more choices, and we are actively sourcing from many designers to deliver more options. Please contact us at cs@efabulous.ca to let us know what you are looking for.
