Eco Fabulous Fashions is an online store that sells eco clothing and accessories to Canadians nation-wide. We ship to any civic address. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.
Return Policy
At Eco Fabulous Fashions you can shop online with confidence. We stand by the quality of our products and want to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase.
We encourage you to add and maintain your measurements in your My Account profile settings. This will greatly improve your buying experience by ensuring your items fit upon arrival.
Our return policy is in effect for 30 days of receipt of item by customer. EXCEPTION: All intimate items including panties, briefs, boxes, and bras are a final sale. As such, taking care in the selection of sizes is paramount
We will refund 100% of your purchase amount for items returned within 30 days of receipt. Customer decides if they would prefer their credit card to be credited, or have an online store credit to their 'My Account' profile
Item will need to be returned at the customers cost. A special note that we consider this fair as purchases of $100 CAN or over are free for standard shipping
Items must be unworn, unused, in new condition, and the same as was shipped to you
We practice strict quality control measures to guard against defect at the time of shipping. However, should you receive a product that has a defect that was not previously identified, please send an email to returns@ecofabfashions.ca .
Prior to returning any item(s), please send an email to returns@ecofabfashions.ca to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number to be noted on the item for processing refunds or credits.
In some situations, we will make exceptions to our policy due to extenuating circumstance. In which case, we reserve the right to use store credits versus refunds as a goodwill customer service gesture

All intimate items. Including (but not limited to) panties, briefs, boxes, bras, swimsuits and trunks

Customer chooses to have refunds to their credit cards, store credits or exchanges

All refunds will be processed within 72 hours of receipt
Is a return authorization (RA) number required before customer can return product?
Customers must email us at returns@ecofabfashions.ca to acquire a return authorization (RA) before returning products.
What steps are necessary for a customer to make a return?

Contact Eco Fabulous Canada by email at returns@efabulous.ca to acquire an RA number within 30 days of customer receipt of the purchased item

Package item using protection wrapping and send via insured mail/courier

Wait 7 days for us to confirm receipt of the returned item (Otherwise follow-up up at returns@efabulous.ca and in the subject line type: “RE: (return authorization (RA) number)”

Your refund will be completed according to customer preference through credit card refund, store credit or exchange
